I make independent boutique hotels visible to AI.
Your future guests don't Google anymore.

60% of searches never reach your website.
Your future guests are already asking AI for recommendations. "Boutique hotel in Tuscany with a pool for a wedding." "Romantic mountain retreat in the Engadin for New Year's Eve." AI gives them a list of three to five names. Yours is either on that list or it is not. When it is not, you lose the booking before you even knew there was an enquiry. The visitor never reaches your website. The AI has already chosen for them.
Content that AI cannot read will simply not be recommended.
A clear staircase,
not a strategy deck.
Three steps. One clear path. You start with the diagnosis, move to the work, and stay visible over time.
AI Visibility Workshop
The starting point. Half a day together, on-site or remote, with you and whoever runs your marketing. We test how your hotel appears in AI search right there in the room, work through the highest-leverage changes together, and start making them during the session. You leave with a hotel that already reads differently to the AI systems now shaping guest decisions, plus a clear next-step plan you own.
AI Visibility Optimisation
The work. Based on what we surface in the workshop, I build the foundation AI needs to recommend your hotel confidently. Your descriptions, your positioning, your presence across every source AI reads. At the end of this phase, your hotel shows up where it did not before.
Maintenance Retainer
The ongoing partnership. AI search changes every month. New models, new sources, new competitors entering the conversation. The retainer keeps your hotel current. I monitor, adjust and report quarterly so you never fall behind again.
Questions hoteliers ask me.
An independent practice,
not a training company.

I'm Cecilia Larson. For more than ten years I worked inside hospitality and service businesses, running boutique hotels in Italy and Switzerland, leading the food halls of one of Switzerland's most iconic department stores, and building events at Zürich's leading innovation hub. I know what it means to run a business that lives on reputation, on the next direct booking, on a guest deciding you are the one.
I also know the quieter side. The OTA commissions. The seasons that make or break a year. The feeling of doing everything right and still watching bookings go elsewhere.
Ten years ago, I was the General Manager of a 16th-century boutique hotel in Tuscany called Villa Sermolli. I rebuilt its pricing, introduced its first proper reservation system, gave it a new identity and a new website. I was digitising a hotel long before it was called digital transformation.
Today, Villa Sermolli is my first client at cecilIA GmbH. The same hotel, a decade later, facing a new shift.
That is not a coincidence. It is the whole point.
I return to the places I understand, and I help them stay found in a world that searches differently now.
In 2024 I completed a CAS in Digital Technologies and Innovation at ZHAW. That gave me the language for AI and search. The years in hospitality gave me something harder to learn: the ability to see a hotel from the inside, and to write in the voice of its guests rather than a consultant's.
I work in German, French, English and Italian, across Switzerland, France, Italy and Germany. I am one person, not an agency. When you work with me, you work with me.
I am based between Zürich and Paris.
