AI does not do benefit of the doubt.
AI does not do benefit of the doubt.
Something I keep coming back to this week, thinking about AI, structure, and a few comments under a recent post. Clear communication, clear offerings, clear data, none of that is new. It has always mattered.
What actually changed is this. A person might dig a little, ask a follow up question, give you the benefit of the doubt. AI usually does not. Maybe that is a bit exaggerated, but it points at something real: if it does not understand you quickly, it just moves on.
So it does not matter how much you invest in AI tools. If what you offer is not clear, structured, and easy to grasp fast, none of that will help you.
The clearer something is in the eyes of whoever is looking for it, AI or human, the easier it becomes to actually be found and chosen.
Maybe that is the real lesson from this whole shift. Less room left to hide behind vague.
